1. Scope of Service
MINDER Operations Management, operating as a dedicated chauffeur service provider in partnership with the 4 Points by Sheraton hotel (and similar luxury accommodations), offers premium transportation services, including airport transfers (CJIA, OGLE), hourly rentals, and full-day chauffeur services, as detailed in our current rate index. By booking a service, the client agrees to these terms.
2. Booking and Payments
● Rates: All service rates are those published on the official MINDER Operations Management Index, provided through the hotel's concierge or designated booking channels.
● Currency: Prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and Guyana Dollars (GYD). The exchange rate provided by the hotel at the time of booking will be used for final payment in GYD.
● Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a binding guarantee (e.g., hotel room charge authorization).
3. Cancellation and Amendments
● Cancellation Policy: Changes or cancellations must be notified at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled service time to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 6 hours notice may incur a penalty equal to 50% of the service fee.
● No-Show Policy: If the client fails to meet the chauffeur at the agreed-upon time and location without prior notice, this will be treated as a "no-show," and the full service fee will be non-refundable.
4. Limitation of Liability
MINDER is committed to punctuality and safety. However, MINDER shall not be liable for delays or failures to perform services resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: traffic congestion, severe weather, airline delays, or government actions. Our liability is limited to the cost of the unused portion of the service.
5. Data Privacy and Storage
● Data Usage: We collect only the personal data necessary to manage your booking (name, contact information, service details). We do not use this data for any marketing or external purposes.
● Storage and Erasure: All booking data is stored on secure European servers in compliance with high data protection standards. To protect your privacy, this data is automatically erased two (2) months after the completion of your service.
